About RJ Tech House

Last updated 5 October 2026

RJ Tech House builds software for small and mid-sized businesses. We were founded in 2022, we are based in Mangalore, India, and we work with businesses in India and the UAE.

Who we are

RJ Tech House was founded by Ajoy Mayur Dsilva. Ajoy leads the software work and is also the person behind The Stack and Resumena, our two products.

How we work

We don't jump straight into code. Before anything is built, we learn how your business actually runs. That can mean walking the production floor, looking at how a site team reports progress, or sitting with the people who will use the system every day.

  • Learn the business first. We talk with the owners and with the people who will use the system, so it fits the real process.
  • Start with a proper first version. A working first version that covers what matters most. No half-built systems.
  • Build with the users. We sit with your team while they use it, and shape the system around how they really work.
  • If it works, leave it alone. We improve what needs improving and don't touch what is already giving good results.

We believe the right-sized system beats the big-name system: the goal isn't the biggest system, it's the one that fits.
