From our work

For a real estate developer with construction running at several sites, we built a multi-site project management system on iOS, Android and web. The site team photographs daily progress and uploads it straight into the app. A document controller reviews the updates, and once they are accepted, owners and investors see the status directly. Owners and senior engineers can see progress against the plan, ask the right questions and request new work, which notifies the relevant department. The result was faster, clearer reporting and real visibility across every site.

The lesson we took from it: give owners visibility without having to be on site, kept up to date.
