Four stages, on every engagement, regardless of size:
- Discovery & strategy. We map your goals, users, constraints and success metrics into a clear roadmap before a line of code is written.
- Design & prototype. Hi-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes, validated before development begins. You approve before we build.
- Build & test. Agile sprints, automated testing, daily progress updates, and a live staging environment you can watch the product grow in.
- Launch & scale. Production deployment, performance monitoring and ongoing iteration. We do not disappear after launch day.

Frequently asked questions
Which service do I actually need?
If visitors need to find you, trust you and get in touch, that is a website. If users log in and do work inside it, that is a web application. If it has to run on a phone with offline or device features, that is a mobile app. If you are not sure, book a discovery call and we will tell you honestly, including if the answer is a smaller project than you expected.
Do you work with startups or only established businesses?
Both. About half our projects are MVPs for early-stage startups — the other half are expansions or rebuilds for established businesses. We adapt our process, communication style and engagement model to your stage.
Can you take over an existing codebase?
Yes. We regularly perform codebase audits and take over projects from other agencies or in-house teams. We assess the existing code before committing to a timeline and cost, so there are no surprises later.
Do you sign NDAs?
Absolutely. We sign NDAs before any detailed discussion of your project. Confidentiality is a non-negotiable part of how we operate.
What happens after launch?
We offer monthly retainer support covering bug fixes, performance monitoring, security patches and ongoing feature development. Most clients stay on a retainer after launch because shipping is just the beginning.
